fynn is in a closed pilot — installs are gated behind a waitlist while we work with our pilot cohorts. Drop your email on the trial page and we'll reach out the moment installs open up. Once your spot is active, you'll click Add to Slack, approve fynn's scopes, pick the workspace, and land in the admin dashboard a few seconds later. fynn auto-syncs your roster + timezones in the background.

Almost always: it's still running. For workspaces over ~1,000 members, the initial roster sync can take several minutes (one API call per 1,000 members, plus a DB upsert per person). Click Sync from Slack again and give it 5–10 minutes. If users still don't appear after that, email us — we'll pull the job log.

DM fynn don't pair me with @someone. fynn reads it instantly and adds a private avoidance entry — the other person is never told. You can list, remove, or add more via the same command pattern:

• don't pair me with @alex
• show my avoidances
• pair me with @alex again (to remove)

Self-service. DM fynn:

• pause — pairings off until you type resume.
• snooze 2 weeks — auto-resumes on the date. Accepts days/weeks/months.
• pause watercooler — stops watercooler prompts in threads you're tagged on.

A paraphrased summary of your reply style — not your raw messages. Type show my profile to see exactly what fynn has learned. Type delete my profile to wipe it instantly (no admin approval needed). Full details on the Privacy page.

Two levers. In the admin dashboard:

• Immediate: reply pause watercooler in the thread and/or reject similar topics in the Topics Queue. fynn remembers.
• Structural: tighten Culture notes on the Tenant page with a never-discuss line (e.g., "no topics referencing recent layoffs"). Every AI call re-reads this and respects it.

If it was something clearly harmful, email fynn@axelerant.com with a screenshot and we'll tune the prompt guardrails for every customer.

fynn only suggests times when both people have connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook via the member portal. Without both sides, we don't guess — we just drop the intro DM and let the pair pick a time manually. Nudge your teammate to link their calendar from the portal link fynn DMs them, or click Send integrations link on their Users row as an admin.

Two things need to be true:

• The environment has STRIPE_KEY, STRIPE_SECRET, STRIPE_TEAM_PRICE_ID, and STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET.
• The image was rebuilt so Composer installed laravel/cashier-stripe.

If you're self-hosted, set those vars and rerun docker compose up -d --build. If you're on our hosted plan, email billing@axelerant.com — this shouldn't happen.

Yes — fynn ships as a Docker Compose stack. Enterprise plan includes a tagged release, Terraform/Ansible for AWS, and an SLA. Email fynn@axelerant.com for a walkthrough.

From your HRIS via a direct OAuth integration. Connect Zoho People on the Tenant page (General → Connectors → Connect Zoho), and fynn will pull birthdays, anniversaries, and titles daily at 04:00 in your workspace timezone. Other HRIS providers (BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) drop in as we add connector classes — every new provider lands in the same dropdown.

fynn reads only; nothing is written back to the HRIS. If your HRIS doesn't expose a date we need, you can edit it on the user directly at /admin/users — HRIS sync won't overwrite manual entries with blanks.

DM fynn celebrations off. Instant, no admin needed. Reverse with celebrations on. The opt-out is a hard gate — checked before fynn spends any AI tokens generating your message, so nothing is drafted and nothing is posted.

Uninstall fynn from Slack (Apps → fynn → Uninstall). Your data remains recoverable for 90 days while you reinstall if you change your mind; after that, it's purged. Need a full export before deletion? Email privacy@axelerant.com and we'll send a zipped JSON of your tenant within 30 days.
